In 2009 Peter founded LOOK to provide new media marketing solutions to corporations and local businesses that were in need of measurable results. Peter utilizes his extensive background in branding, web development, and search engine marketing to lead the LOOK team toward innovative strategies and best practices in design and development. His main focus is refining project details to produce a quality product that can portray a solid and effective image for each client.

John Todero

JOHN TODERO
A graduate and marketing major from the University of Central Florida, John started his career in 2005 in the real estate advertising business. In 2007 he founded Dyverse, a branding and marketing services company based out of Orlando. In 2009 John partnered with Peter Peng in a series of ventures, including LOOK Marketing Group. John brings his brand development, quality assurance and marketing strategy experience to each LOOK client project.

Simien Antonis-Parr

SIMIEN ANTONIS-PARR
Simien Antonis-Parr is a natural born artist that brought his talents to the digital arena. While in college he studied Interactive and Print Design where he graduated at the top of his class. While still in college, he began working with the LOOK team, which propelled his creative and strategic approach to his design in various projects. He merged into a business partnership with LOOK in 2010 and currently holds the position of Creative Director.

Brent Bautista

BRENT BAUTISTA
After realizing that the NBA was not his destiny in life, Brent became a freelance designer based out of Orlando, FL. In 2010 Brent joined the LOOK team solely as a graphic designer. Learning from John and Peter he quickly became more than just a designer, but a creative strategist. He specializes in finding different possiblities and inventing innovative ways to launch new projects, while designing creative and functional products.
