<p>We all know that business cards are the first impression of your company and it&#8217;s very important to make sure your business portrays quality. Quality does not always have to mean expensive, but it means understanding the product. For these LOOK cards we chose a thicker card stock with a silk laminate. Each card had variable printing on the back and we chose to do variable red and blue backgrounds. What I love most about our cards is our clean look and feel coupled with elements of depth. It&#8217;s nice to see the branding of LOOK evolve since the beginning stages. Also, I have to give props to Brent and Simien for the design and my sister Lyda for the photography. <p>Let&#8217;s face it folks, Facebook has become part of our everyday lives. Within the past two years we have seen a multitude of features rolled out by Facebook that have really set it apart from every other social media website. I know when I first created my Facebook account, I would only log in twice a week &#8211; maximum. Today, I&#8217;m pretty much logged in 24/7 if you consider my IPhone Facebook app sending me push notifications in the middle of the night. So it&#8217;s no secret, Facebook is here to stay.</p>
<p>With that being said, LOOK has really taken a keen interest toward Facebook as one of the main vehicles in growing client brands and generating relevant leads . We have found that marketing within Facebook takes a certain finesse and by experience we have crafted certain fundamentals to help navigate our marketing strategies on Facebook.<br />

Although every client is different, we find that there are 3 main essentials we use in every successful Facebook campaign. Below are the 3 essentials explained.<span style="color: #666666;"><strong> </strong></span></p>

1. A Custom Facebook Fan Page </strong></span><br />
A custom Facebook fan page is one of the key components to setting your business apart from your competition. Having a custom fan page means being able to have a full functioning website within Facebook. Your Facebook fan page should reflect the same branding as your original website but with a condensed design and limited content ( no fluffy text  ).</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">At LOOK we always bring a &#8220;tour&#8221; style design to our clients fan pages since it promotes interactivity and guides the user into viewing all of your content. If you are using the fan page for lead generation, it is always important to add a contact form on the last page. We are a big fan of using  Wufoo ( a form / lead management web application ) to capture our leads. Remember, what makes your fan page more effective than directly linking to your website is purely due to the fact that the user never has to leave Facebook in order to send a business inquiryâ€¦ and we all know we never want to leave Facebook, right?</p>

The Facebook advertising platform is one of the most powerful ways to increase brand awareness for your company or product. What makes the Facebook advertising platform so unique is that you are able to run specific ads based off of demographic information. The more specific the ad, the higher the conversion rate will be.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">For example, if are running an ad for a student apartment community in Orlando we can run ads specifically targeting students that go to UCF or Valencia whom have that information listed in their education information. Drilling even deeper, we are also able to set a specific age group for the ad in order to increase the relevancy, thus not wasting money on irrelevant clicks.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">It is very important to run your ads to your custom designed Facebook fan page in order to convert the lead more effectively. Once a user enters your &#8220;tour&#8221; style custom Facebook page, they are more inclined to finish the tour and fill out the contact form. The user will also appreciate the fact that they do not have to leave the Facebook environment and will most likely &#8220;LIKE&#8221; your page.</p>

Ok, so interactive fan pages and Facebook ads are integral, but lets not lose sight of what Facebook was intended for, communication and interaction with your fans! The power of your fan page comes with the amount of &#8220;LIKES&#8221; you have. Each &#8220;LIKE&#8221; you have can be very valuable and at LOOK we believe having a large fan base is equivalent to having  a great email marketing list.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Facebook provides a form of social interaction with your fans that really lets them see the personality behind your business. When we consult with our clients, we encourage them to share links to industry resources, blog posts, upload videos , and share daily status updates with the fans.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">The most important thing is to try and get the fans to &#8220;LIKE&#8221; the content, because when they do, it automatically posts to their wall and then their friends will see your fan page and may possibly even &#8220;LIKE&#8221; it as well. You get the picture, they like itâ€¦ then another friend likes itâ€¦ and the next thing you know you have 100 more fans within week!</p>
<p>Well that pretty much sums up the 3 essentials for a solid Facebook marketing campaign. Obviously it gets a lot more in-depth once you start the campaign, but I hope this gives you some background knowledge to take control of your Facebook marketing strategy.
